"Return was fine, just sooo slow"
I had to return a chair, and the process did work in the end, but it took way longer than I was hoping. Support was decent enough, but I really wish the updates had been clearer along the way. Overall, not terrible, not great… just kind of mehhh.

I appreciated getting the delivery texts because they helped me keep track of my order without having to check constantly myself. They were useful, but I do wish they had come a little earlier since I was planning my time around the delivery.

So I tried to use the warranty on my sofa, and it was just a hassle. The replies were slow, and when they did get back to me, it felt like they were just making excuses. Once the order was done, it really seemed like they didn’t care much about helping anymore. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

The couch definitely looks nice in the room, but after sitting on it for a while, it feels firm. It’s not terrible, just not the comfy lounge-around kind of couch I was hoping for

"Refund took a little while, but it got sorted"
I had a small issue with my refund after canceling an order, and it took a few days longer than I thought it would. I did have to follow up once, which was a bit annoying.
That said, the support team did get back to me and sorted it out in the end. The money came back to my card just like they said it would, so while it wasn’t totally perfect, it was still a fair experience overall.

It looks really nice once it’s set up, and I think most people would be happy with the overall style. The fabric feels decent, but the wood scratches more easily than I expected, so other customers may want to be a little careful with it.

"Small issue, but they handled it well"
I had a little problem with one of the pieces in my order, who doesn’t get a bit nervous when something shows up not quite right?

I reached out to Castlery support, and they replied quickly. They asked for a few photos, looked into it, and arranged a replacement part without turning it into some long, frustrating process.

Everything’s sorted now, and the furniture looks really good in my place. Isn’t that all you really want in the end? Glad they actually helped instead of bouncing me around, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Delivery kept getting pushed back"
The sofa itself is fine, but the delivery process was frustrating. The date got moved twice, and the tracking barely gave me any useful info. What annoyed me most was that nobody followed up or let me know what was happening, I had to call myself just to get an update. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive on time.

"It looks decent now that it’s..."
It looks decent now that it’s finally put together, but wow, the assembly was way more annoying than I expected. The instructions were confusing in a bunch of spots, like which screws to use, which panel faced which way, and when to tighten everything down. A few of the holes didn’t line up right either, so I had to keep adjusting, loosening parts, pushing pieces into place, and basically guessing at times. It took way longer than it should have. It’s not terrible once assembled, but getting there was definitely frustrating.

The box arrived banged up from shipping and I was a little annoyed at first but I reached out to support and they handled it really quickly, got everything sorted without making it a hassle, so overall it ended up being a decent experience.

At first, I was happy with it, it looked good and seemed like a solid buy. But after a few months, the drama started. Little by little, it began wearing down, and now it just doesn’t feel as durable as I hoped. Looks nice, but I wouldn’t call it built to last.

"Not sure if I expected too much, but the packaging was bad"
My table showed up with the box ripped open, and the corners were barely protected at all. A few parts had scratches too. Maybe I’m being picky, but for what this cost, I really feel like the packaging should’ve been a lot better.

"Pretty gooood help when I needed it"

It did take one extra follow-up to fully get things sorted, but overall it was totally fine and the agent was really nice. Would’ve been 5 stars if it got fixed just a bit fasterrr

"Quick delivery, super easy"
I ordered a sofa from Castlery it arrived way faster than I expected. The tracking was easy enough to follow and the delivery guys called ahead before they got here, which I appreciated. It wasn’t some big complicated process or anything, actually, that’s what I liked most, it was just quick, simple, and no hassle
